Voter participation initiative

Every Member.
Every Ballot.

Complete the appropriate form. Your own email app will open with the request already prepared so you can review it and send it directly from your personal email account.

How your information is handled

This site does not submit or store your form information. It uses the information you enter only to prepare an email on your device. You review and send that email directly from your own account.

Before ballots are sent

Verify or update your mailing address

Create a direct email to Secretary Renee De La Garza asking her to confirm or update the mailing address associated with your union records.

Do not enter your Social Security number, employee number, union membership number, password, or other sensitive identification.

After ballots are mailed

Verify status or request ballot assistance

Create a direct email to the Election Committee if you have a membership-status question, your ballot did not arrive, or your ballot was mailed to the wrong address.

Creating this email does not itself confirm eligibility or guarantee a duplicate ballot. The Election Committee or Local must complete the official process.

Frequently asked questions

Does this website send my information?

No. The site prepares an email on your device. Your information is not submitted to this website or stored by it.

Why do I still have to press Send?

Pressing Send from your own email account creates the clearest record that the request came directly from you and places a copy in your Sent folder.

Why is everyballot1@gmail.com blind copied?

The blind copy creates a record that the request was sent and allows follow-up assistance. The recipient list and disclosure are shown before you create the email.

What happens if no email app opens?

Your device may not have a default email app configured. Copy the prepared information into your preferred email service or configure a default mail application.
